Elvetta Vasquez

Owner, LMT

Attevlé Massage Therapy LLC is owned and operated by Elvetta Vasquez who loves providing therapeutic massage and has found it quite rewarding to see the positive impact that massage has made on her clients as well as herself. She is driven to improve the well being of those in roles that serve others as well as clients with special needs in a fully ADA compliant setting.

In 2011, Elvetta graduated from Lotus School of Integrated Professions (formerly American Institute of Massage) in Henrico, Virginia. While receiving her massage training, she saw first hand the benefits of massage. Elvetta is licensed by the Board of Nursing in Richmond Virginia. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Nurse Assistant. She has also had additional training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage.

Prior to massage and healthcare, Elvetta worked for 28 years in a research facility. She developed chronic neck and shoulder pain, as her tasks involved many hours per day looking through a microscope. By receiving regular massage, the pain that she endured for many years disappeared.

Elvetta prides herself in providing attentive individualized sessions that are driven by clients that experience reduced pain, increased range of motin, less anxiety, better sleep, management of fibromyalgia, reduced swelling of limbs, relaxation, as well as numerous other benefits of massage.

Destini Griggs

LMT

Destini is a native of Martinsville, VA. She attended Fortis College in Richmond, where she obtained her training to become a Licensed Massage Therapist. Destini has over 10 years of massage experience and is licensed by the Virginia Board of Nursing. Upon graduating from massage school in 2013, Destini decided to make Richmond her home.

Destini honed in on her craft long before her formal training. She got her start by giving comfort to her Mom by way of massage after the long hours and chronic back pain her Mom endured while working at a manufacturing facility.

While studying massage, Destini complimented her massage training by gravitating to employment at various retail businesses where she worked in customer care. Her attentive nature during her massage sessions is evidence of her ability to listen, assess and provide massage treatments that yield focused therapeutic results.

Destini is best known for her soothing and relaxing technique; however, she is well versed at getting deep into muscles allowing the release of tension and pain. With the rise in cosmetic surgery, she has given relief to many clients that have experienced massage for the reduction of inflammation and pain following surgery.

David Adams

LMT

David is a Chesterfield, VA native. Throughout his life, anatomy and physiology have been intriguing subjects, prompting his desire to help others in a direct, hands-on manner.

After being deeply inspired by another massage therapist, David enrolled in Brightpoint’s Massage Therapy program. He excelled in his classes and received extensive training in different massage modalities, including deep tissue, swedish, sports,  stretch, chair, hot towel and hot stone. Of these, he took a keen interest in stretch, deep tissue and sports massage; each complimenting his solution-oriented approach.

Before entering the massage world, David worked for several years in the fitness and wellness sphere, wherein he mentored numerous individuals of varying ages and demographics. His time spent working in gyms and holistic clinics exposed him to many useful nuances and practices that help one achieve and maintain a healthy mind, body, and spirit.

With a multi-faceted range of knowledge, David's skillful massage technique is sure to help you feel better with lasting results.

Leslie Gardner

LMT

Leslie is a native of Richmond, VA. She attended Lotus School of Integrated Professions and graduated in 2011. 

Leslie has had a lifelong passion for health and wellness. After working for over ten years in Healthcare as a Mental health professional, she decided to pursue her passion in Massage Therapy.  By receiving massage herself and experiencing the benefits, her passion merged with purpose to continue to provide care for others in a holistic environment.

Leslie practices therapeutic Swedish massage, Deep Tissue and Reflexology services. We are confident that your session with Leslie will prompt you to share with others the benefits of receiving massage.
